ACCOMMODATION AT CASTAWAY ISLAND, FIJI.Castaway offers sixty six spacious, traditionally thatched Fijian style 'bures' (bungalows) with a choice of beach front, ocean view or idyllic island locations. All bures feature one king size bed and most include two additional single beds in their configuration, with those bures comfortably sleeping up to four persons.
Recognising that larger families or groups prefer to be accommodated under the one roof, Castaway offers attractive options. Our extremely popular Family Beach Bure comfortably accommodates up to ten persons in a three bedroom configuration. Accommodating families of FIVE is possible at Castaway and with this in mind we've introduced the Castaway Five package, where an additional single bed or cot may be added to the bure, subject to availability. Our CASTAWAY FIVE PACKAGE goes one step further, providing you with some great bonuses if you are a family or group of five and are staying for a minimum of five nights or more. All Castaway Five bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Castaway reservations well in advance of your arrival.
Individual bures are nestled amongst lush tropical gardens or at the water's edge. Distinctive natural timbers, hand painted 'tapa' lined ceilings and traditional grass thatched roofs compliment stylishly appointed and spacious air-conditioned interiors. Bures feature a king bed and most feature two additional single beds in their configuration with a sliding privacy screen seperating the two areas. A refrigerator together with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and beach towels are provided in all bures . Your spacious ensuite bathroom includes separate shower, toilet and vanity area complete with hairdryer and complimentary tropical scented toiletries. |
